Years ago, when I bought these cans, I used them every day, until one day where my laptop fell on the floor and had partially broken the audio connector. Ever since then it has been a pain of screwing the audio connector and tinkering with the end of the cable until I get stereo sound. I had given up on these cans for a number of years until I recently modded an iPod and needed some cans to use for listening to music while walking around. (I have a DT-990 at home which I use for listening to music on my computer). I'm leaving for college in a short period of time and I don't have the time or tools to fix it myself. Is there any place in Chicago that can fix this for me in a short period of time?
