ATH-50 alternative!

Hello guys,
Im searching a new Headphone because im not so statisfied with my M50.
They have good bass, but the soundstage is too small and i have not the "wow" factor i have expected..
So now im between the Beyer 770 or 990, ive heard they have enough bass and a very good soundstage is this correct?
I hope some of you can give a few examples for new headphones!

Beyerdynamic DT770 (80 Ohm or 250 Ohm) and Beyerdynamic DT990 (250 Ohm and 600 Ohm) need extra amplification to sound good. While DT770 are closed back and provide good isolation, DT990 are open back and then they don't provide any isolation and leak sound.
 
1. What's your source?
 
2. Do you need isolation?
 
3. Are you going to use your new headphones with extra amplification or directly into your source?
 
4. What kind of music do you normally listen to?
