Hi Everyone,
I am trying to update the firmware on my Essence One (regular edition, not the MUSE edition) to the latest version - which is 1.27 I believe, it's currently running 1.25.
The problem I have is that the firmware update tool available from Asus only seems to be available for Win 7 32/64. I've tried running the update tool and it just doesn't do anything in Win 10, even when I run it in Win 7 compatibility mode. I can see it running in task manager, but thats about it.
I was wondered if anyone had any success or have any advice on updating the firmware on this DAC using Win 10 64 bit to save me trying to hunt down an old Win 7 build PC
