I've been listening to SP2K Cu with FiiO FD7 for about 2 weeks now and wanted to recommend them to SP2K owners who enjoy listen to live recordings, classical, and jazz, etc. Compared to the 64 Audio A18t, Tia Fourte, A8000, IER Z1R, and Odin I have owned, the FD7 projects the largest imaging field that goes way out like open back headphones and has the most natural and correct tonality. I think what the previous all beryllium driver in A8000 could not accomplish has been properly addressed with the open back design AND at only a fraction of the cost. My A18t does sound more dense and lush, but even those cannot beat the sound stage, airiness, and coherence of FD7. Highly recommended.

Hey... so Deezer login doesn't work. Still. Stopped working last June. Anyone else have this?

I've updated the software and all... is this a known issue? I remember last summer it was a firmware issue. I've tried different accounts etc, just doesn't do anything after clicking CONTINUE on login page.

Edit: while these issues suck, I do get to say that AK warranty repairs are pretty nice. The problems I had with my unit a month ago where taken care of well by the warranty repairs in Germany, and the customer communication was smooth too. Thanks AK.

Is possible to use the cd ripper with Sp 2000?
I read in some place that cd ripper can use until sp 1000 and not sp 2000
And the new cd ripper is possible to use with sp 2000?

The 1st gen CD ripper should work without issue on any AK player released in the last 8 years. We are going to pull one of the 1st gen rippers we have in the office to test and confirm. There should be no issue with either the 1st gen or current gen CD Ripper on the SP2000.

The CD Ripper MK II is also backwards compatible with any AK player released in the last 8 years.

Are you experiencing issues just with DSD512? Have you tried DSD64, DSD128 and DSD256 files?

I am experiencing the issue with all DSF files. Tried a few hard resets. Everything plays except for DSD/DSF files. The DAP freezes on any of them 64, 128 or 256. Please advise! Thanks

Can anyone please share an “update.hex” file for CM (not CN version). I am having issues with DSD files freezing or not playing at all. I’d like to refresh the firmware in hope to fix the issue.
