Thanks for doing that. That’s an interesting comparison and it certainly gives me something to think about. I thought that the SP2000 would be much better, but from what you have said the difference does not seem to be as big as I thought, especially with what you said about probably not being able to tell the difference in a blind test. I would obviously need to have a listen myself to the SP2000 to see which I preferred out of it and N6ii /E02, but your A/B of the two Daps has been really useful. Thanks again.
Is there any speculation on AK producing an SP2000M? I travel a lot and would love to see a smaller form factor. Would pull the trigger the moment it's released.

That would be a good call if they did. It would make it more portable. But would all of its technicalities transfer across to the smaller unit I wonder.

Thanks! Another option I am considering is SA700 — it seems to have the same DAC and I like the mid forward representations. Another option is N6ii — people say it’s close second to sp2000?

I have a new AK Sp2000 Cu and a little bit more broken in Kann Cube. I am using Noble Khan, 64 Audio U12T/U18T, and Noble Kaiser.
It seems that the Kann Cube sounds clearer, wider sound stage, string instruments have more dynamics, voices are higher resolution and
more believable rendition. What is different about my new AK Sp2000? The trebles are not as clear and the sound stages seems more intimate
than the Cube. It sounds like it is missing some of the acoustical reflections and spacial sound that I can hear much more clearly with the Cube.
Do I need to give the Sp2000 more time, or is this the way it sounds compared to the Cube?
Note: I also have a Hugo2 and Mojo. Like them a lot as well driving them with a Surface Pro 7 and Foobar2000.
