No AK player has ever supported coaxial cable. KANN ALPHA supports mini-toslink via the 3.5mm jack like the pic below.

Should work without issue. Any Bluetooth remote should work with any AK player. I still use the old IRIVER IAA01 remote with mine.

Hope you guys can help. Ive been using my kann alpha for about an hour and 30 minutes now, and the battery indicator is stuck at 46%. It wont decrease with use. This is my first time experiencing this..

edit: My unit is also noticeably warmer than before. Will try to monitor my player for now..

Yes it does, assuming there is a limitation of any desktop USB power which is not powerful enough to really charge while listening in High Gain mode.
When setting in High Gain mode, the device indicates that a USB-C power should be connected, and it can't a simple USB-A power

It's almost impossible to use PEQ parameters for Q range is too limited and bands are fixed with the Kann Alpha, but GEQ parameters can be more or less used and with +or - 5Bb adjustments the sound doesn't change dramatically

I get it all the time with the SR25 with the embedded app... I'll be curious to hear an official response.

are you using the already pre-loaded Tidal app on the Kann Alpha, or are you talking about the full Tidal app that you imported onto your Kann Alpha?

Yes I'm using the preloaded Tidal App, I was playing MQA tracks.
