Yes Windows 10 using jRiver's Media Center works great for synchronizing with KANN. Unfortunately, that is not the case with Mac.

On the other topic, disappointed with KANN that the Play/Stop button does not work with screen off. Great player otherwise.

You need to unlock this feature. Swipe down from the top then press the padlock symbol. This allows the play/stop and volume to work with the screen off.

I have the kaiser noble encores on their way... can I ask what cable you use to run it in balanced mode- thanks

I got the cables in Japan - Nobunaga Labs "Medusa" 2.5mm TRRS - looks like this: https://www.amazon.com/NOBUNAGA-Labs-MEDUSA-NLP-MED-balance/dp/B011TBN28A

I'm not sure I would recommend the cable, though. The right side pins were *very* difficult to insert into the Kaisers, and once I pulled them out to put the stock cable back in, the stock cable went in and pulled back out with very little resistance - I think the NL cables stretched out / loosened the socket quite a bit! :frowning2:

Glad your issue is resolved. Happy listening.

Does anyone know of a really good 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter plug to run balanced mode on Kann. I have Kaiser nobles and frightened of stretching the sockets with aftermarket cables- many thanks

That’s a real shame, I hope they still work ok. I’ve heard similar stories about people experiencing same issues. Wonder if they’d are any decent 2.5mm adapters for balanced mode

I got one on Ebay.com for 65$ which works perfect.

Eureka, thank you so much for this, I’ve ordered one.. copper and silver too in the same format as the noble stock cable, so in theory should be a flawless union. Cheap as chips. Cannot wait to see what the Kann can do with these bad boys. Taking outside audio to the next level

Goodluck with your new purchase. I am sure it will work

Some of the micro sd cards are in the Black Friday deals. What is maximum capacity for Kann.. and which cards have the best success/speed with Kann. Are Sandisk any good?
  15. Shetzu
Maximum capacity card is 400Gb and well tested by A&K. All cards have good success speed. However, the bigger your library the slower the scan of your files would be.
