Looking good! How does it look in and feel in person!?
It adds a premium look and feel. I had the same shade of green on my SP1000 case so I really wanted a lighter colour. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the back and like how it matches the actual ss case. There is also a top and bottom stick on scratch protector supplied.

You are right about the problems listed. After that, you have to be patient because the quality of a software publisher and hardware manufacturer is to correct it quickly. And even to make the software solution evolve with new features by listening to the community.

I'm getting ahead of myself, but I think that AK's approach is above all to work on the SQ in terms of hardware and software. And then on the rest: ergonomics, functions, services...

Let's say that the first bet is won, and for se second the ergonomics is good. Some of the essential services are there.

The only thing missing is the correction of bugs and the addition of new functions. Patient :wink:
....and I agree, I maybe just need to be patient. :)

As I have mentioned multiple times, I am very pleased with the sound quality (and build), a bit disappointed by software, as it feels like a beta release.

But thanks for the very civilised response and explanation, opposite to someone else's.

I found a "bug"...it's more of a performance issue may.
I have 20 albums in the tidal app, added as favorite.
I can see them all...thats fine, but when I scroll through them, the artwork of the albums are kind of "stuck". When I stop scrolling, the artwork refreshes to the correct one.
This behaviour however is only in the tidal app...in the Qobuz app, everything is fine.

Tidal is still version 2.69 on the SP3000 on my Fiio M17 it's already 2.72 and there is no issue...Tidal bug?

The highest I have seen in Amazon Music HD is 24 bit/48 KHz although the Qobuz app gives me 24 bit/96KHz

Hi,

Concerning Qobuz, I’m wondering if SQ is the same between an album loaded in the Library App of the SP3000 and the same album downloaded and played in the Qobuz App ?
Do the Library App and Qobuz use or bypass the Android sound driver for HiRes ?

So dig this. I got a Lexar 128 gig thumb drive that has a usb-c side and a usb-a. Just out of curiosity I popped the usb-c end into the SP3000 and it immediately showed up as more storage. I haven’t tried putting music on it yet

After one month with my SP3000, today after turning it on, i get a new bug. The device show a screen with « AKMusic app failed ». Then I try to turn it off. Then turn it back on. My SD Card (1to Sandisk extreme pro) didn’t show. I try to mount it on my Mac… nothing. I think my SP3000 killed my card :frowning2:
Since, I try to put another SD card in it and after scanning the card, same bug. And when I try to play music. It will stop after 10 sec. Then loading red circle, and after 30 sec I am finally able to play the song.
