2.9 doesn't sound right.

Here is the latest version in apk format. It's newer than what's on A&K website but it works fine:

Then you're good. I was looking on the website, not the download tab. The actual latest version of Tidal is 2.129.0 but it's in a bundle format (not apk) which I'm not sure the A&K installer can handle. The OP said something about 2.9 which is definitely not right... maybe just a typo.

Sorry, what I meant was there isn't a version 2.9. I was not referring to sound quality. Again, sorry for the confusion on that.

I think you're wrong though. Such a version of Tidal exists and is recommended by the manufacturer.

Definitely a typo on the AK website. In the Google Play Store, 2.127.0 is the latest version of the Tidal app available for Android.

Double tap to wake is a standard function built into newer versions of Android OS. Not sure if this could be changed.

This has been requested, including by me as a long-time Plex Pass user. No ETA on when it may be added, but it is on the radar.

First off, I didn’t know about the search function within the thread, so thank you for the tip! I’ll definitely make use of it next time, before the question .
Edit: I understand the Utopia is quite selective about its source. When I say, “a perfect match,” I mean if the technical performance of the SP3000 would align exceptionally well with the Utopia. This could include (meaning without providing an exhaustive list) aspects like power output, clarity, and the ability to drive the Utopia to its full potential without distortion.
Edit 2: You’re absolutely richt. Determining a “perfect match” is subjective and depends on individual preferences. As mentioned above, it was related to the technical synergy between the SP3000 and Utopia.

If you search for @Nomax 's posts in this thread you will see at least one user who is happy with the combination. Personally I would recommend a balanced cable. I also prefer pairing the SP3K with a portable amp (Aroma A100TB) when using the Utopia but I think this is not strictly necessary.
