What kind of sound characteristics does the Fei Wan have? Like it's strengths with bass mids treble, soundstage size. I've heard it's a more musical pair of IEMs. I like more musical IEMs. Not a fan at all of flat reference EQ with a flat sound signature. I feel like those are .ore for sound engineers.
It's a fun set yes. Has incredibly holographic 3d stage for an iem, awesome treble, and very good quality texture bass that is nicely glued to the notes. Very energetic, almost can be too much for someone who likes laid back relaxing listen. If you try some hardcore metal on it, you can get blown away.

Can I have the discord too?
what discord is that; if it's not the WC discord I want in too. I am already in that one.
This is the official Elysian answer

Hi Roberto,

Yes, the Astell and Kern SP3000 has enough power to drive the annihilator 2023! Do let us know your experience if you do decide to get this pairing!

Best regards,
The Elysian Team
I'll let you know the experience right now. Do get an Amber Pearl IEM or some other UM; they sound fantastic and are easy to drive; good pairing for SP3K. If you wanna drive a tough IEM you get an external AMP and very good IC's that are hopefully the same wire as your IEM cable; SP3K pairs very well with amps.

I wouldn't want to advertise discords here, its Elise Audio one, can find it on google.

Don't get me wrong SP3k had enough power to make decent sound on Anni, but if I had to buy dap or invest into device specifically for Anni, I would definately choose something more powerful. It scales. Either that or add an amp.

I am looking to buy SP3000, have few questions:

- Anyone using it with ZMF Caldera Closed? Does it have sufficient power, how is the synergy?

- What is max power output for balanced?

- I am Apple user, when I tried Android in the past notice the devices slow down after a while, so there is limited longevity. Have long term users experienced slowdowns of their devices over time?

- When using as Roon End point, does the screen show what is playing?

- I plan to buy it in Hong Kong, can you recommend shop that focus on AK devices with good service?

Thanks in advance

Lifepod XR vault case - for home and mobile use to carry multiple IEMs, cables, eartips, and DAP.

That’s overkill 🤣
I wouldn't call it that for $13,000 worth of IEMs and DAP.

I don't know about you, but I don't want the risk of my expensive audio gear getting stolen.
