As good as the Woo?

Has anyone listened to, or know anything about this nice-looking tube amp presently on Ebay? If so, how does it compare to the Woo Audio 3? Seems almost too good to be true for 100 USD + 37.50 shipping from China. Heck, looking at the build quality vs. price, it seems a no-brainer to try one out.
