My son borrowed my iPod to listen to on the bus. Someone broke into his school locker and stole it

(They didn't touch his MS-1's, what a moron thief)

I am wanting to buy a 3rd or 4th generation iPod (Firewire) to replace it.
Please E mail or PM me if you have one you'd like to sell.
Thanks,
Todd R

Hmmmm, sounds fishy. How much do you trust your son? I highly doubt it was stolen. Unless he gave away his combination, set his locker, or didn't close it, nobody could have "broken into it." I'd investigate and make sure he didn't sell it to someone or lose it and make up a story.

No, He loved being able to use the iPod.
What happend, we found out, is that if you forget to spin the combination lock once you close it, the locker can sometimes be opened again.
Some kids know this and will "test" the lockers to see if they can get in.
He forgot to make sure it was locked, and someone took advantage of the situation.
