The buds look real. The package is different. There doesn't seem to be a carrying case which is half the price of the 400s and 500s.
Could be real but I wouldn't take the risk. Pay a few bucks more and you're sure you get the real deal.

They look fine to me, it even appears to be the same color. Can you tell if there is an inline volume control?

Fakes always look as real as the fakers can make them.

If there is any difference at all from Sennheiser advertised product, accessories, packaging - it's a fake!

And the same goes for Shure products as well as, unfortunately, they often get faked as well.
