i wanted to buy these iems. but the seller info says hes from hongkong. but he is  a top rated seller and has good feedback so is it good to buy from him...

I'm always a bit weary receiving an electronic item anywhere from china. If i were you i'd probably just spend an extra $10 and find a reputable local seller on eBay, but that's just me.
