I just wanted to know if the Philips SHE9503 and the Philips9500 are the same... i want to buy one of them, they look the same to me but I dont know if they are the same. The SHE9503 is cheaper. I want to know which of these would be the best buy.
 
 
If you guys want to recommend some headphones under 25 dollars, they have to be Philips or Sony, because i cant find other brands here.

Why would they do that? And why does the She9500 have better reviews than the She9503?

AFAIK, SHE9500 has 4 models SHE9500/97, SHE9500/98, SHE9501 and SHE9503. They are all the same IEM with different packaging or colors. Different retailer like to stock different type of packaging, some buyer prefers a color to another, nothing out of the ordinary and Philips just like to use model number to differentiate them. As for review, well, reviewer are all different as well.
