Dear all,
I am going bananas trying to find a better gym solution that testing more and more of those BT in ears that either fall out or simply do not block out the blaring gym music from the speakers.
Tried with my beats studio v2, since I see others wearing them in the gym, they are great at blocking out the sound, they sound great, feel great ... but absorb sweat like crazy to the point that I can hardly get them dry, they started smelling funky and the chrome paint details start coming off ... not good for a 200$+ headphone.
Another solution I found great are the Philips SPH 9500, which have a textile kinda feel to their earpads, feel actually breathable. I connect them using an AGPTEK BT dongle that fits right in there (unlike many other headphones with special needs on the 3.5mm end) and they sound very nice, feel nice, but they are open back, so sound comes in (and goes out) ... at least those earpads dry quickly. And don't smell yet.
So far I only find in my online searches the Monster iSport Freedom, which kinda feel expensive with mixed reviews, and just now, for the first time, I spot the Urbanears Hellas, which seem to exactly aim at the sweaty listener ...
any more out there? What am I missing?
Thank You
