I dont mean comfort, for the life of me, it takes me 5 min just to get them on.

Even though the 50's dont sound as good, they were a WHOLE lot easy to get on.

EDIT: the size of the bag is perfect for a MD player +amp.

hmm... the only time i had trouble putting them on was the first time out of the box; i couldn't figure out the clip design, how it's more of a ball and socket than a rotating spring. but now i've gotten it down; no harder than the ksc50's to put on. i just try and slip the clip right behind where your ear meets your head, and i get a perfect fit every time

but i'm still not sold as to whether or not they sound better than the ksc50's...

Still strange. It takes me a few seconds per ear. I'm still thinking that you're pulling my leg, unless you have unusual ears...

I got them a few weeks ago and got the hang of it pretty quickly. Love them to pieces

I just open up the clip as wide as it goes without straining and slip it over the upper most part of the outer ear, approaching from the back. Then I tug the lower part of the ear through the rest of the clip.

But, yes, hair is a hassle

Before I figured out how to don the KSC35's, I was holding open the unattached part of the clips and then trying to rotate them onto my ear. I've now come to realize that this is the hard way to do it. The easy way for me now is:

1) Hold the headphones with the thumb on the unattached portion of the clip (the side closest to where the wire comes out of the driver), the middle finger and ring finger on the portion of the clip that is attached to the driver (i.e right where it starts the half circle, on the K side of the Koss logo), and the index finger on the top of the headphone itself.
2) Use the index finger to angle the driver up, thus increasing the gap between the top of the headphone and the clip.
3) Place the clip right against the side of your head, and slide it down over the top of your ear, through the increased gap
4) Adjust the fit. Pull the ear through the gap if need be, rotate the clip so it's more comfortable, etc.

Takes 2 sec per ear.

But as they say, YMMV...
