Are Studio Phonics the same as Etys??

I'm after a pair of ER6, here in the UK.
After calling the etys dealer in the UK (as given in the Ety website) they told me that they have the Studio phonic Gold 20 (http://www.studiophonic.com/) which are the same as the ER6 but w/ different packaging and name, for £129 (205USD).
There's also an ER4 equivalent.

Is this true?
The ER6 sell in Headroom for $129 + $20 to $50 international shipping = $149 to $179
That's $56 to $26 cheaper, but I'm not quite sure about the extra hassle and waranties etc...

What should I do?

I don't know if it's a typo, but they list the impedences as 27 for the Platinum and 48 for the Gold...

Yes they are. I thought these equated to the 4S & ER6.
