So I just got some Shure SCL3's and don't want to keep them I was searching today and couldn't figure out if these were the same as the E3C's or not.
And how much are NIB SCL3's worth?

Anybody? I mean they look the same and they are priced the same but they have different model numbers.

I think that the reason that you haven't received any response yet is because the ECL designation is brand new. I'm not even sure if they have been released yet. From what I can tell from the Shure website, it looks like the actual earphone is the same and the difference in in the packaging and accessories:

New SCL Sound Isolating™ Earphone models (SCL2, SCL3, SCL4, SCL5) use Shure's award-winning earphone technology, come in new graphic packaging, have updated accessories, and are available in more colors.
