Are all versions of ASIO bitperfect?

I'm using my Digigram VXpocket V2's drivers, which include ASIO2, outputting s/pdif via coaxial as shown in my sig, and I'm wondering if I'm getting bitperfect output with this configuration. Thanks!

No,

there are ASIO drivers for cards where the hardware resamples to 48Khz. Nforce 2 for example.

Yes, the Audigy 2 ZS is another example of a card that can use ASIO2 and resamples to 48KHz, but I don't think that has to do with the driver itself. The Digigram doesn't do that, as far as I know.

Cool. Does anyone know whether the Echo Indigo DJ automatically resamples to 96kHz, or do I have to set the signal to output at 96kHz (like using the software resampler in Foobar)? Thanks

EDIT: I'm using ASIO with Echo Indigo DJ too.

You will have to upsample on the PC and send the Indigo that stream in order to get 96Khz.
