I already have the mdr1rbt but am thinking of trading them in for the new sony mdr1rbtmk2 with aptx as the main selling point but I want to know if it's worth it.
I listen to pandora, spotify, and npr, news apps. That's it. Will aptx improve that type of streaming Bluetooth audio? Or does it just improve mp3 playback?
I also read that somepeople claim aptx improves the clarity of phone calls, are they just nuts or could that be true? Please someone clue me in.
