MOG (or Spotify) Mobile allows you to download albums, in most cases (especially on MOG) 320kbps. As a service they aren't yours to keep though. Then again they're $9.99 a month.

+1 for google music. 320kbps mp3 files, generally less than what amazon or itunes charges, but its not as easy to find stuff there. If you can live with that they're good.
