I use my westone 3 at 60% iPhone 4 volume with no eq and soundcheck. Am I listening too loud. I know 60 isnt that bad normally but the westone 3s are more sensitive so am I listening too loud? What volume do u guys listen at ?

Are you talking about westone 3 or 4? Well when i demoed both the westone 3 and 4, I was having it at maybe 13% of the volume bar. But hey i think i have really sensitive hearing because I use my ie8 and MTPC at about the same level too. Everyone's ear listen to different volume differently.

i use the westone 4 at about 33% of full volume on the iphone 4.
 
i use the um3x at about 20% of full volume.

I capped my EU iPhone 4 at 50%. It only goes to 85% compared to a US iPhone, so I have limited my volume to ~43% by your standards. When I go to bed (very silent) I go to level 1/16 (capped) = 1/32 (uncapped) = 2,65% by your measurements! This is the same volume I use on a bike. Outside/On-the-go/tram I'd use 8/16 (capped) = 21,25%. I only go to 16/16 (capped) = 42,5% in a train or very noisy environment.
 
I'm surprised by the high volumes you guys listen to.
BTW, I use the same volumes with the FX700.

For my Westone 3s (*sigh*), I used to listen at about 10%-20%. Any louder, I would start to get uncomfortable.
