It has been acting pretty strange lately, lots of offline time and errors. You did get it registered, and put your account info into the foobar plugin area, right? If so, it could just be that their recent problems are preventing your songs from showing up yet. My profile hasn't been updated in over a week.

Yeah! I'm using it, its fun(&scary) to see statistics on my music preferences.
Check Preferences/Components/Audioscrobbler, fill you username+password there.

EDIT: Mine updates recent tracks, so I guess it also updates the longrange stuff. I sometimes get the following message:

Your plugin reported a submission error: Spam protection triggered - submission (2004/10/16 10:41:43) dated earlier than previous submission(2004/10/16 10:41:58) (at 10:51:42 UTC, Saturday, October 16, 2004)
??
But no other problem.

Mikolayer asked...

Does anyone still use audioscrobbler

Not me. I think its crap. The end.

PS. But I did give it a fair crack of the whip, but I had problems with it, and lost my patience with it.

Keep in mind that you can't skip any part of the song (so you have to play the song in its entirety), and the plugin will submit about half way through the song. I believe they only show on every 15 or so songs submitted; so you have to submit 15 songs before the recently played list will be updated.

It's always been acting this way, and I've used it for almost a year now.

My music list is totally innaccurate, because the scrobbler always seems to be under maintenance or down, when I am listening to my tunes. Oh well, don't need it anyway

I started using it today and it works fine.

No problems at all.

Started using it a while ago. I have noticed the problems recently, but I'm not mad or anything :P I just let it do its thing and sometimes check how the statistics look like.

I started using it again a few days ago. It still has major issues like not updating when it should and some songs don't get uploaded when they should. It's a nice idea but needs to have some work done on it. It worked better at the beginning of the year but then went downhill from there. It still doesn't work as good as it once did.
