Anyone own the sony nwa or nwz line?

I got one a NWZ-A818 last Friday. Very nice. Great build and sound quality. Just can't figure out how to delete folders (the songs disappear but the folders don't). EDIT: NEVER MIND - the folders are gone. Great player.

do you know how to put videos? What format does it have to be in

Sorry I haven't tried to put videos on it (might not ever watch video on it). Are the instructions not clear? Pretty sure the instructions list the supported formats, at least.
