Anyone know the size of the Shure SE215 tips?

This is quite hard to answer, but as for me, the small olives fit me well, if not a bit too large, while the medium Ts-100s do feel a bit small because they are so soft, haven't tried the large ones though. So maybe it's safe for you to go with the large Complies.
