I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a pair of 4P's, but I wondered if anyone has seen or heard these???

Yes, I heard they are awesome. I live in Evanston, where they are produced. I am trying to get a pair to review from a friend i know that works at Shure. We'll see how they stand up to the Etys. They are super taxed- $500!!

Sure! Todd and I have! I like the cheap ones quite a bit. They did a very good job on the ergonomics and fit-and-finish. I don't think they sound quite as good as the ER6 but they're close and they do cost less---but they're close there too.
