Anyone ever send in their Grados for service?

I sent in my Grados for service over a week ago and am anxiously awaiting their return. Has anyone else ever sent in their headphones for repairs? I seemed to have had a short in the right channel wiring (probably due to the cable being pushed in -- in other words, standard Neil-abuse). Just wondering how happy you were with the service and how long it took to get yours back. I miss 'em dearly.

I sent my headphones in twice so far. They are really fast (I live in NYC and got them back in 1 week), and the work is good. I called and asked them how much it would it cost, and they said $25. When i got them back, however, I got a handwritten note saying the work was free. They even gave me some of those little black plastic for free b/c I lost one.

They're the best.
