Anyone audition this?

I was looking around in Ebay and found this Zax amp. I decided to see what I could find on their site www.digizoid.com, but it didn't really help much. I was just wondering if anyone had auditioned this $45 amp and what they thought about it.

Looks interesting. From the description sounds like a low power t-amp type thing.
