i was so tempted until i realised my earmaxpro would also need to share the same source. i am left with either the prehead or the gilmore. I never thought i did ever contemplate spurge $800 on a dedicated HEADPHONE amp! I am having a difficult time trying to justify it.. how do you guys do it?

I always wanted to try an Earmax. Just couldn't really find any place to buy one...

Me too, I've been trying to convince RickG and joelongwood that theirs are just taking up valuable space in their homes......

.....they're not convinced.

I guess there is just no such thing as a 'recovered junkie'. Obviously, you aren't!

I never said I was recovered. The sig said "recovering". Proud hell. Maybe I should edit it and say "keep it under a grand". I really blame JMT for my falling off the wagon. I am listening to Chicago XXIV on a 570 with JMT portable META, HD600/Cardas (oops where did that come from). It sounds so, so good. I am not man enough to give that sweetness up. And it looks like a Melos is on the way. Hell might as well be the first to get a Corda HA-2. What do you think? Hell it's Christmas.

Not yet... who plays guitar on that one? For some reason, since Terry Kath passed, I always felt like something was missing.

Keith Howland. Terrry was awesome, but Chicago lives on. Wow that sounded corny. I really think this is a strong album for them. As musicians they have really come of age. Jon Don't buy the album. I just sent you a copy. No not a burned one. Merry Christmas and thanks.
