I would round up all my city council friends and find a way to get his FU##### ass out of my neiborhood. Then just before he moves out I would slash his tires.

not as bad as this guy though, they would just put LOTS of used playground equipment in their front yard, and put an actual taxidermy deer head out during christmas.
