Anybody bought headphones/IEMs from Buy.com before?

I made my purchase like two days ago and its still in "processing" mode...Also they give you free shipping but its takes 9 business days to ship? That means it takes them around 9 days for them to send it out?


Also are there any current coupons that will give me discounts for my iem's? I purchased the jvc fx 55 (white) for 14 bucks and er6i ( black) for 92 bucks....

If I were you, next time I'd find another site to buy from. Buy.com isn't a very good site to buy from, look them up on ResellerRatings.com. The site isn't completely terrible though, sometimes it's worth it as they can have the lowest price including shipping on an item. Just don't get something you think you'd want to return.

I've bought a lot of sht from Buy.com over the years and they don't stand out as being good or bad.

Don't take my word for it, but I'm sure the "9 days" thing means you should allow that long for your item to arrive, not to be shipped. I'd remember if they even gave themselves the option to take that long just to ship the item.

I have had good experiences with them.

When I bought my ZVM from them I got it for the cheapest price around($284) and I got overnight delivery. For the same price it would of cost me anywhere else. I used one of their online coupons.

As for shipping, I ordered it at 7am and got it 2:30 PM the next day. So for me they shipped the same day.

My suggestion is to order either the night before or really early that day. This way then have all morning to process your order and get it shipped out to you. And this applies to any online store.

dont they have a pretty good return policy? anybody bought from that place? why are they so bad anyway?

i ordered around 2 days ago and its still in processed. How come they dont have phone numbers that you can call from?

Although you can probably find it using Google....

Seriously, I wouldn't worry about the delay. Give it a couple more days, and they'll ship it, their processing is usually pretty slow.

i make about 5-10 purchases from them a year and they've been really good about any problems. returns are easy. purchased a couple headphones before. you have to be patient about the shipping tho =/ however, rodbac is right, 9 is the expected arrival time. they have warehouses all over the country and will usually ship from a warehouse close to you if they have it in stock there. however, i did have an order take two weeks to arrive. what a tease huh, haha. i guess thats the price we pay for free shipping

I don't trust those store ratings whatsoever. I've seen Amazon at 3 - 3.5 stars out of 5 several times, but I find it to be a top of the line online retailer. I've used Buy.com maybe two or three times and I don't recall any problems. Not much of a sample size, but if that'll ease your mind a bit...

i just got the xfi console upgrade from buy.com and i got it in 2 days, no problems. i always use pricegrabber.com to get the best price and merchant reviews whenever i buy stuff.

I spent over $3,000 with buy.com last year...not only on headphone ..yes I did buy headphone from them...but other things

I have never had any problem dealing with them, and problems I had are resolved quickly.

I have used shipping method from dog slow USPS mail to UPS overnight, and never miss a beat.
