Yes. It's called the Shure MPA and looks a little like this:

I bought something like that, but it's made by Griffin. I prefer it because the shirt clip is located at the mic for that one.

I also have the Shure one with my iPhone and SE530. The clip slides so you can move it up to be near the mic like I have mine. I also had one with my E500s, but I lost the IEMs and the MPA. I quickly replaced the adapter because I like it so much.
