Any way to fix cable on Superfi 5 pro?

One of the buds on my UE Superfi headphones is crapping out and you have to wiggle the wire to make it work. I don't know if there's a break in wire or if the loose connection is in the housing of the earbud. Can I send these somewhere to get fixed or should I just throw them in the trash heap?

0_o You know those are seperate (the cable) from the main housing. Just email UE and ask them for a cable. make sure you say you want the thick one while ur at it, or else they'll cheap out on you.

Have you contacted UE? I purchased some sf5p and sold them to my friend whose dog trashed them. He emailed Ultimate Ears and they told him what to do (and provide - i.e. receipt, etc), sent them out and he got a replacement in no time.

Ultimate Ears customer service is top notch. Give them a shout
