Any Suggestions to Upgrade from the RHA MA750 wireless?

I purchased the RHA MA750 neck-band wireless buds about a year ago and have enjoyed them. Until I lost them.

I was planning to buy the same model as a replacement, but since the model is a few years old, I thought there might be another brand with newer components/design at a similar price-point that I should check out.

Any suggestions?
