Claimed to be the first cordless clip-on headphones...curious about the sound quality...decent sounding cordless clip-on phones would really be practical and portable!

Hmm...it might not be so practical after all...after looking more closely at the specs it runs using infrared...which means you probably can't store the transmitter in your bag while you listen to the headphones...why didn't they use radio waves instead?

Not very sure...maybe they're cordless as a headphone set but the left and right channels still need to be connected using a wire?

The cord connects the two ear pieces. I haven't tried these out, but i did see them in stores and the thing is, they're HUGE! The individual earpieces are each about as big as the cups on eggos. I don't know whether they manage to be comfortable or not, but they'd be a bit big for portable use anyways.

The base station recharges it? If so, I don't think it would be that portable.

Its a wired, cordless headphone. Kind of a like a free .99 cheeseburger.

The reason they have a cord is to keep 'em together. Wouldn't want to lose a cup now, lol. Kind of like a sunglasses cord.

A little more than that. I'm guessing they have batteries in one side and a receiver/amp in the other side.

Yeah...i guess we just have to wait for bluetooth sets...but they're sure to cost quite a bit more...
