have any of you bought from yogi-comp on ebay? are they trustworthy?

I purchased the Denon 5000 from Yogi this month and all was good.

Not the best experience with yogi-comp. Try other ebay sellers.

I did last week. Never again. A low-level CSR refused to get his supervisor to try and resolve unpleasantness.
CSR ended up talking about my mother (really?) and making ad hominem attacks. Childish and arrongant.
There are too many other places to buy, at even better prices than to do business with Yogi Computer.
Buyers beware.
