Smaller market when compared to USA, China, Japan, South Korea etc. but yes, it sucks. We usually get higher prices in Europe as well.

Why is the European market smaller? Europe has more people than the USA or South Korea. Perhaps people buy less audio equipment because of the higher prices. No idea.

Audiologica are claiming they'll have the CT10 for sale to the UK / Europe in January 2019. Any truth in this? Are they an Authorised Dealer? I've never heard of Audiologica (well I have now obvs )

They are due into the UK at the end of January. Although stock is gonna be limited so I may nab them all haha. I'm looking forward to getting mine to be honest and see if MQA works now that the android app is updated.

. CT10 on firmware will NOT stop playing when pull out headphone jack. So it run until end of juice.
. Dac mode doesnt work on windows 10 (it wont sound).

This information was from Astell&Kerns UK distributor. Why would that void the warranty from their authorised resellers?

It is really strange, that with a big enough line of other streaming services already approved, one of the leading one is still not.
Maybe this depends on some settlement with Tidal?

Is Activo a true MQA decoder or is it a renderer? Also, is there an indicator so one knows the level of resolution? Thanks.

The ACTIVO CT10 is a full decoder and can do a full unfold. Resolution will be displayed when playing back MQA tracks in internal or external memory, but when playing Tidal Masters, only "Master" will be displayed when playing back Tidal MQA tracks.

I just purchased the Activo CT10. I had no problem following the instructions for loading streaming apps and downloading from https://apkpure.com/ but I'm a Pandora subscriber and I can't find an app that looks like a legit Pandora app. I see soundcloud, slacker, deezer, apple, google, spotify, amazon, and others, but not Pandora. I don't want to download a bogus app and have it wreck my new CT10! If anyone has any insight into which app to select-- or maybe Pandora isn't really available yet for the Activo CT10 despite what Activo says on their website?

Pandora does work for the ACTIVO CT10, but for some reason APK Pure does not have it available on their site. I have an Android smartphone, so what I did was download Pandora on my phone via the Google Play Store, then made a backup of the APK using Astro File Manager on my phone and downloaded the APK from my phone.
