Any good hi-fi speaker/amp forums?

I love head-fi, but I am just curious, are there any other good audiophile forums out there dedicated to speaker setups?

Why does it matter? Head-Fi is a very good source for completely unbiased information about speaker systems.

I second AudioAsylum. Audiogon's also cool...lots and lots of pictures of different member setups.

There's A LOT of knowledge on that place...A LOT. A lot of the users tend to lean a little towards JBL though, especially the DIYers...or maybe they really are that good, lol.

With all due respect, Head-Fi is not the first place I would look for quality advice when it comes to 2 channel speaker and home theater systems. Head-fi is clearly the best for headphones and related advice.

AVS forums is very good, but moreso for home theater. They recently started a two channel sub forum there, and its become apparent that the members there are more interested in surround sound.

I like the Polk Audio forums for my speaker needs, and find the audiogon postings to be worthwhile as well.

QFT. i find AVSForum to be somewhat less than useful for 2-channel info. there really is no hi-fi forum that matches Head-Fi in its depth, sense of community and vibrant atmosphere.

audiocircle, stevehoffman.tv audioasylum and audiogon all have their strengths, and i sometimes visit audioholics, but there's really not one single forum that matches head-fi. maybe because general HiFi is such a diffuse hobby.
