I would suggest the MPX3 or PPX3 from SinglePower.
You can search all the positive reviews from Hirsh, Tuberoller, FCJ and Highwaystar... etc.
Happy Listening.

i am considering corda ha-2 would be good thread .because it has 2 headphone outputs, and people said the 120-ohm output fit hd600 well...so,i thought the 0-ohm would take care of my w1000..is it right??

what do ur guys think??

and the gilmore v2-se...i used the search feature and found tons of good impression with hd600,but how about low impedance headphone?hd600 and 580 are both 300 ohm..

also thx suggestion of SinglePower.i would see the benefit and work it out..can i have some website talk about SinglePower amp and also the price??

Tube amps in general tend to work much better w/ high-impedence headphones from most reports, though don't ask me why. Headroom amps mesh well w/ most headphones, though they have lagged somewhat in price-performance (at least for the Max). You might also want to check out the impressions of the Emmeline HR2.

I've used the ASL OTL32 with both high and low imped. headphones and both sound great. The earmax pro is also made to handle both, but I have never heard one. The singlepower amps are supossed to be great.

I really like my W1000 out of the Gilmore V2. Though I haven't heard it out of too many other amps, I think the combination is quite good.

My W2002 is driven by a Max (old version). Drives it very well indeed.
