How is it funny though, the Native America slogan... I mean, it's not really funny or not really not funny.. it just is.

You do know that there are many nations living in OK right? Choctaw and Cherokee come to mind... many nations were made to go there during the trail of tears. Oklahoma is a derivitive of Choctaw words meaning "red man."

So the state slogan is actually just true enough, not funny, not not funny either.
