I'm glad you got yours. I've tried sending a message but no response was forthcoming. Maybe they are on vacation.

Should've looked for a d1 2-3 weeks ago, I was selling one and it was on there for god knows how long and I had to sell it for too cheap.

I have along with SoupRKnowva and Happy camper at our mini, mini meet.  
 
So So close.  It was very hard to tell them apart .   Price per Performance = D2.  Cost no object = PWD2 for it features.

Yeah I was comparing the two for close to an hour using the mjolnir and the LCD-3 and I couldn't for the life of me hear the difference.

A more long term exclusive use of the PWD, might reveal deifferences though. But I'll say that I'm pleased with my purchase of the d2.

Well that's good to know. I was quite tempted by the one going for 2,5k with the bridge in the fs. It also looks like the d2 has a flat bottom instead of those spike things. I've been thinking where I should go next and it's either amp or source but neither are weak links imo. I would like to see how the next step is however but think the d2 may be it depending on when the next batch is available

So...I ordered the D2, might be comparing it against the NAD M51.  Still waiting for my Paradox and now saving up for the BHA-1...

I was told hey are filling pre-orders now, and they have occasional availability for people who make requests. They expect to open their web store to general availability in Feb 2013.

I asked and got the same reply. I was hoping to get it soon..ohwell. 
 
Not sure if I should wait for the D2 or just go for the similarly priced Mytek 192

If you need DSD then mytek. If PCM, go to D2.
