 Just ordered a Philips Shp9000 headphone (almost the same as Philips Hp1000) for 60$. ​

I am looking at getting a Fiio e5 amp for 20$.​

Will it run the headphones fine?.,,,if not can you suggest any amps with the 30$ price mark

(I will generally be running the headphones on my HP Dv6 6121tx Laptop.​

It has a HD audio channel but the sound card is integrated like in most laptops!​

Don't take my comment negatively, for a 60 bucks headphone, an amp would be an overkill if you ask me, and it won't make any difference.
You already bought the headphone, otherwise my suggestion would be to put another 40 bucks and buy a better headphone.
