My brother recently bought a headphones, that are no longer available in shop.
The best choice would be OTL amplifier. Price is important, if the price is high does not make sense to buy for € 30 Headphones expensive amplifier. The price ceiling for about € 300.
I'd rather buy a portable headphones 32Ohm.
