Im looking into an amp, i will be getting some better cans later, but for now is it worth it at all? Im using an iaudio X5 at the moment, so i dont know how much improvement an amp would yield.

Not much improvement with a $60 amp, if that helps. These are way more balanced than the 202/212 series. Sounds like you're getting a pretty nice source, enjoy. My advice would be to just save your money for the better cans first.

Hmm, okay sounds good. By the way what amp were/are you using?

I was thinking of using the Cmoy with some MS1's

Pocket Amp 2. You'll probably hear more improvement with the ms's.
