I just recently (a month ago) ordered an Ear+ HD amp and I think there may be something wrong with it now. When I start it up I hear a crackling from the tube - although I've read that that's normal -. The major problem is that at high frequencies I hear distortion. This only happens with certain CDs however and only when we get to loud high frequencies (church organ booming at higher notes). Could this be an amp or source problem?

Edit: this was with a cambridge audio 340C not the T1000

Is it correct assume this does not occur with the T1000? Have you also tried changing the tubes?

HAHAHA!!! Lol, sorry, didn't mean Quebec, lol.... At first, I was trying to figure out what you were talking about, but then glanced at your location and started laughing. We're not vain here, just self obsessed, loud, stupid, and rude...you guys just talk funny and have a hard time with your tenses. Ever listen to a Patrick Roy interview? Man, that guy was funny. "They had lot of shot on goal, but I stops them all no problem..."
