Hello.I have a pair of Stax SRD Pro earspeakers which I am currently driving with the same amp I drive my loudspeakers with.I want to remove the earspeakers to another room.Need another amp to drive them.Don`t know what minimum power output it would need to possess. As for sound characteristic would prefer sweet. It would be nice but not mandatory to have 2 line inputs as might like to have tuner as well as CDP as source.A 2nd hand amp suggestion would be o.k. as am not prepared to spend a lot.
Thanks in advance for your suggestion.

You could also buy a Stax earspeaker amp, the Stax electret headphones will work with any of them. A second hand SRM1 can be had usually for less than $200, and a new SRM313 goes for $400. I think you would get much more bang for your buck that way than buying a speaker amp to hook to the SRD4.
