Amp for HD 595

Ok, I have read about a hundred posts with no firm answers. (Like there are any on these type of subjects.)
I am looking for an amp to drive my HD 595. I listen to everything, but most often jazz and electronica. I am hoping to go as cheep as possible and still obtain a good sound. ($300 is my max.)
I run off a decent talk electronics CDP and my computer with a M-audio MobilPre. The current runner ups are a used Gilmore Lite (If I can find it) or a little dot II ++. Mobility is not an issue.

I have listened to my 595 with a Dynalo (Gilmore Lite) and a Meier Headfive amp and DEFINITELY prefer the Headfive. The bass slam is much better and the presentation is more natural sounding. Of course, I am using the crossfeed on the Headfive so that adds to the presentation...ymmv. I bought the Headfive a couple weeks ago and am very happy with it!

Dont get the Gilmore Lite, get the Headfive. The Hd595 likes a warm amp, not a cold one. LD2+ will also do.
