My DV 337 died a year or so ago (long story, but, it seems to be unrepairable without a schematic, which they cannot provide and I don't want to ship an amp back again to the other side of the world, which was already damaged upon arrival.)
I am looking for a replacement. I'd like to stick with a tube amplifier, in the $1000 and under range.
Would the Woo Audio 6 SE be a suitable replacement? I'd like something made in North America (or at least by a company with a North American presence) in case repairs are required.
There is nothing local for me to listen to unfortunately.
