[Altheus]

Hello everyone, Just bought the 250/80 Beyerdynamic headphones. Wanted to know if they are worth spending money on an amp ?...I am currently running them directly from my computer's sound blaster live card. Seems me they sound awesome, although I have to say I honesly wouldnt know the diffrence..I am just a poor student whose roommates ears needed quitness for studying, which I find silly of course, but I granted his wish all the same. Another reason for an amp would of course be a volume knob...it would be nice, because whenever I am playing quake1 at a reasonalble volume, my windows aim messager goes off and explodes with loudness in my ears
